Anna Gregory Wagoner

Anna Gregory joined Blanco Tackabery as an associate in 2011 concentrating on commercial real estate title matters. Prior to joining Blanco Tackabery, she worked for a large regional title insurance company with extensive experience in 1031 like-kind exchanges, commercial real estate escrows and settlements, and insurance licensing, compliance and regulatory matters. Her experience also includes residential and commercial real estate closings and commercial title examinations.

Anna Gregory started her legal career more than 15 years ago as a residential real estate practitioner. For the past 10 years she has focused on commercial real estate. She has been a frequent presenter at numerous continuing education seminars in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia to attorneys, realtors and accountants, and is recognized as having significant experience in real estate law. She has authored numerous articles on 1031 like-kind exchange topics. Anna Gregory was recently appointed by Governor Pat McCrory to serve a 3-year term on the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.

Anna Gregory has served as an advisor for A.E. Finley YMCA Leader’s Club in Raleigh, North Carolina, and has been a member of the Raleigh Jaycees and a tutor for the Wake County Literacy Council
